There are a number of books available through your local Talking Book
program for new diabetics. Ask them to look up books on diabetes. Be sure
and get ones that have been newly published as the older ones can be very
out of date with all the new info there is about type 2 diabetes.

As of Friday was diagnosed being have diabetes would appreciate any tips /
tricks for anything for those who are "experts" in regards anything what to
avoid to eat what tastes better and anything related sounds like am getting
a prodigy voice meter but not sure if will be using oral meds or insulin am
sure will determine that more tomorrow
Am attending a diabetic educator tomorrow with is connected to my general
doctor office/clinic
