[acb-diabetics] Proposed constitution changes

A past president  can't run for any office until current Pres. becomes past and accepts that post, if he/she doesn't want that post past Pres. is stuck for another three terms under proposed rewrite. Which could provide a case where a dynasty not having a qualified opponent 
would continue. Although this isn't another group without term limits to limit right to run is too restrictive in my view.
