[acb-diabetics] Proposed constitution changes

My belief is that when a person completes his/her term(s) as President, the
Immediate Past President title is automatically obtained. This goes along as
part of the office of President and is perhaps an unwritten role. If any
information as to how an Immediate Past President should be treated would
need to be in a further amendment change, not in these particular
Constitution Amendment changes.

A past president can't run for any office until current Pres. becomes past
and accepts that post, if he/she doesn't want that post past Pres. is stuck
for another three terms under proposed rewrite. Which could provide a case
where a dynasty not having a qualified opponent would continue. Although
this isn't another group without term limits to limit right to run is too
restrictive in my view.
