[acb-diabetics] Proposed constitution changes

I would think that the amendment would only allow the Immediate Past
President to run for another office after the current President becomes the
new Immediate Past President. If that weren't the case, we could be without
an Immediate Past President for up to four years.

The past president would only have to serve as past president for two years
and then could run for any office if the new changes pass.

This is not to be voted on and debated until the meeting in July.
