I do know how to count carbs .Just went over my meal plan with the dietitian. Plus we are doing lots of walking. Thanks,Nancy

Well, have a wonderful time. If you need to go on fast acting insulin,
then you will need to learn carb counting, if you don't already know it.
Don't fret about it until you see your doc. Just try to keep those carbs
down.

Yes, but I am struggling making that next step.....any advice? I worry about
what retina I have ,not damaged from diabetes. I have ROP. PlusI am on the
road all next week on vacation.
