[acb-diabetics] conference call

Hi Pat,

I am planning to join the call on August 27.  I am not a board member at 
this time so I can't vote.  I would like to have an opportunity to talk 
briefly about the possibility of joining forces with one or more affiliates 
some of our program for next years convention.  We are not alone having 
trouble with turn out for events and meetings.  I am a member of two other 
affiliates who had the same kind of problem at the convention this year. 
Personally I think the convention has gotten over scheduled especially since 
it seems now that every ACB committee seems to think it is necessary for 
that committee to have a program at the convention.

I have also shared this with Dee in an email wishing her good luck with her 
surgery.
