  The ACB Leadership Institute committee is looking at hosting or providing
assistance to any affiliate, or group of affiliates that would like to
conduct a leadership training in 2013 or early 2014. We would like to
receive a notice of interest by October 1, 2012. The committee can provide
assistance from very minimal to full development. 

Please talk it over with those in your affiliate or groups of affiliates. If
