[acb-diabetics] Confusion about starches and legumes.

Hello Jo:
So, I'll try to make it simple. All beans and legumes are starches, but
they are complex starches (carbs) so they're good for you. Beans are
also a protien, so they can count as a meat. Green peas, lima/butter
beans are also starches, but I can't remember if they're complex or simple.
Simple starches are white potatoes, white rice, white sugar, etc.
That's all I can think of right now.
