Actually, low fat protein, such as skinless chicken and turkey and fish is
better for you than too many carbs.  Carbs can turn into fat if they are not
used up for energy.

Hi yes, that is the question.  I have had a heart atack in 2005 and they put

another stint in December.  so, I was concerned with protine but not 
carbohydrates
