[acb-diabetics] diabetics in action newsletter deadline reminder

Barb, 
According to our constitution and Robert's rules of order, I have to receive
from 3 board members,  a note saying we need an emergency call for all
membership to vote on new officers and our amended by-laws.  I have not
received this, so I'm sure we will not be able to give you the new board
members until after that.
Dee is going to write an article in place of me as she was at the
convention.

2012-2013 board and officers and a list of the raffle winners among other
