[acb-diabetics] Meeting cancellation

Much to the horror of myself and our VP, Dee Claytonwe learned just now that
we both put out the wrong conference call number.  Also we learned from
people much wiser than us that we cannot hold an emergency meeting unless
it it in the constitution and by laws. This means we will have to postpone
our meeting  We will be having a board meeting soon and members are
permitted to be on that, but will not be allowed to vote.

Board members, if you can contact  me, I would like to have the board
meeting next Monday on August 6.  I will send out the agenda and the correct
number before that.
