Hi Abby,

We are not able to have our meeting because Pat and I both gave out the wrong area code for the meeting.  Since there has been qu8ite a bit of discussion on the ACB list about having phone voting unless it is in the Articls I don't believe we can vote for officers.  If we do have a meeting we will be sure and let you know.

  There were not enough people at our board meeting in Louisville for us to vote on business, including new board members.  There fore we will be holding an emergency membership/board meeting on Monday, July 30 at 5:30PM PST, 6:30 PM MT, 7:30 PM CT and 8:30 PM EST.  Dee Clayton will also be calling all members to encourage attendance at this meeting. The main 2 things on which we need to vote are new board members and changes in the constitution and by-laws..

  The call in number is:1-712-862-1300 and the code is 744429.  I will send out another reminder the end of net week.
