Sounds to me like this article wasn't any better than the doctor 
saying eat more fiber. Instead of the scare mongering, eat dead foods 
and you'll die a painful horrible death, it would have been much 
better to have provided links to recipes and meal planning that 
incorporates high-fiber foods. They could have found an article or 
two about how to slowly readjust your diet. All kinds of things. But 
by the end of this article, the writer had lost credibility with me. 
Sorry, this one didn't digest well over here.
