Nancy,
There are several places in the hotel.  If you look up the hotel on the
internet, they will list the places and usually they have a menu for each
place.  Most places have salads and you can get dressing on the side.  Do
remember that you will probably be doing more walking than usual, so you may
need extra carbs.  I know I always do when I attend a conference.

I am looking for recommendations of where to eat at the ACB Convention . I
have 30 carbs per meal , like salads,vegetables and some protein. Thanks for
you ideas.  I am feeling a bit overwhelmed concerning food issues.
