Hello Ms. Mattson;
 I will need to check but I may still have a great book that I scanned for a
nutritionist a while back. It is a text document format. From this you could
see if it may have the information you seek. If so then you could have it
embossed, or if there are only sections you would need I may be able to
emboss them for you.

I will take a look to see what I still have.

I've been laboriously brailling food group info. from a digitally recorded
book, but wonder if anyone knows of brailled material already out there with
this info. to clarify, i'm brailling a list of starches, vegetables, meats,
fruits, etc. with stats regarding their calory, carb, fat, sat fat, protein,
etc. content.
