Here are some books from Bookshare that may be of interest to you. There are 
so many books on dieting. It's hard to find material that just lists 
calories and information for foods. I use a website called 
www.calorieking.com. They also have a book, which is very difficult to scan 
and a Kindle ebook, which involves using inaccessible Kindle apps to search 
the contents.
