. mention Life Membership is just U. S. $250.00;
 .ask that cheques be in favor of "ACB Diabetics In Action"
. Use your full nine-digit Zip Code.
 
The Postal Service says this speeds up mail delivery and helps
them keep the price of postage down.  At least the nine-digit Zip
Code does.
