[acb-diabetics] board meeting

It is necessary to change our board meeting.  It will happen on Monday, Nov.
12 instead of the 5th.  

We are not sure of what the state of the Eastern states will be after this
storm is over.  Also, I had something to attend that came up suddenly on the
5th.

Hope this will be okay with everyone.  Please let me know if you cannot
attend.
