Congrats, Nancy!  That increase in medicine may have helped, but I bet
following your diet and exercise were a part of it.

My last A1C was 7.9, in May . I Knew I needed more medication. I have been
running high post meal. They adjusted my meds and my A1C is 6.9 and I am
down 6 pounds. I hope to be down 3 more pounds by December .
