Hi Alice,
I have had recent bouts of stress an depression. I finally went to see a
psychiatrist I love new pill I am now taking. It has helped with the
depression and I can better deal with the stress.

Way to go Nancy. I am struggling with both. My weight goes down 10
pounds one month and the next I gain it all back. My A1C was up to 11
it went down to 9 and then back up to 10. I know part of my problem
is stress and depression, and until I tackle that I don't see the
other improving.
