Nancy, I cannot answer your question as this is from the original constitution.  We can change this if you feel it should be, but, I do not know the intent of the original.

Attached please fin the amendments to the constitution the committee is recommending.  For those of you with low vision, the document is in markup mode with the changes in red.  For those of you with no vision, reading the document will sound funny as the changes are in the text so the reader will read everything even the text that has been strikeout.  However, below each revision it is explained.  

 

The committee chose not to mandate changes to the publication dates for the newsletter.  We thought quarterly was sufficient.
