Mike, I am having trouble finding and downloading the amendments.   Sorry.  I do want to suggest a change, though which is:

Change number of vice-presidents from two to one.  

Change term limits for officers and board an additional year.  Too many people are forced out before we have used them up.  A small organization needs to expand the valueable contributions as long as possible.  Then officers and board members are not obligated to run for additional terms, if they don’t want to; but it allows them to, if they want to remain actively involved.

Board,

Attached please fin the amendments to the constitution the committee is recommending.  For those of you with low vision, the document is in markup mode with the changes in red.  For those of you with no vision, reading the document will sound funny as the changes are in the text so the reader will read everything even the text that has been strikeout.  However, below each revision it is explained.  

 

The committee chose not to mandate changes to the publication dates for the newsletter.  We thought quarterly was sufficient.
