Hi Jo Anne
as for the cinnamon capsules, I buy them over the counter, and just take one a day. it has helped me alot along with a helathy manner of eating, or diet.
I don't like the word "diet" but a "better way of eating" smile
cinnamon is great because it usually doesn't get in the way with other meds.(ask doctor first)
The dressing I get at a helath store called "whole foods" because it is all organic.
and as soon as my hubby gets home i will have him tell me the name and nutrients
I just got back from having a couple of procedures done a upper GI and colonoscopy, trying to find out why my body is not making or producing enough blood and why I am looseing blood and where is it going
PTL, and so thankful that all is helathy, however abiopsy was taken from my stomach
all will be good..
again, give ma a few days and I will get back
thanks
sugar
and thanks for listening

This question is primarily addressed to Sugar. I heard you on the podcast for Accessible World’s Cozy Kitchen and it was very interesting. I would like information on the cinnamon capsules that you talked about and also wanted to know the brand of the cranberry walnut salad dressing that you mentioned. Thanks.
