Recently I learned that chocolate contains resveratrol which according to
professional supplement sellers is also very good for diabetics. Personally,
I eat 90 percent dark chocolate made by Lindt and imported from Europe. It
contains one-half gram of sugar per square. one square is about the size of
four Hershey squares. 2 or 3 squares throughout the day keeps me saine. I
suppose the next step would have to be just plain baker's chocolate squares,
well not yet. smile
