Er, um, what's a "diabetic lunch"? And you don't have to eat the desserts!
Were I attending your function, I'd choose 1 or 3. (grin)

I also vote for 3, but I think Janet needs to find a more friendly desert
vchoice for the lunches.

The Hyatt has provided us with several menu choices at a reduced rate. 

the first price is the meal price, the second price listed includes the 21%
service charge.

I will also send their regular menus which are a bit more expensive.

When I receive menus for breaks and receptions I will pass them along.
