[acb-diabetics] tips for getting enough blood

Hello folks
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for this. I seem to have to try 3 times some days to either get any blood or to find the spot with the strip to get a reading. It is so frustrating to have that lancet hit and feel like it made a good hole only to find no blood or not enough.
I squeeze my finger from the side to try to push out more blood instead of down toward the tip of my finger. Anybody think one area is better than another to get blood from?
