JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determines eligibility/ineligibilty for vocational rehabilitation
services. Develops and implements individualized programs of
rehabilitation services for blind and the visually impaired
consumers in
a multi-county district with the ultimate goal being successfully
rehabilitated and placed into gainful employment.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services
or
social services programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Must have above average knowledge of state and federal VR laws.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Travel is required.
