Hi. Golly!
A light probe, as Donna suggested, might be helpful. However, if you also have to know the number from which the person called, I don't know whether the talking caller ID's can keep up with 5 different phones or not, however don't see why one couldn't. Good luck with that one!

Subject: [acb-hsp] phone question
Hi everyone,
I started my volunteering at Contact today, and I love it! I think I will be able to do everything, but am having trouble with the phones. Contact has 5 different phone numbers that come into the office and a small arrow lights up pointing at the line that is ringing. Answering the phone is not a problem, however, I cannot see the little arrow that lights up and for tracking purposes and knowing the number that is being called is something I need to be able to do independently. Does anyone know of any products that can help me know what line is ringing or has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do?
Thanks for your help,
Yvonne
