I don't but think Pam Shaw does it, or did. If you have her contact, might want to give her a shout. If not, I'll send it to you. And, if I"m not mistaking, she did, or was going to do, a presentation on it at one of the conference calls ...or something?
Every now and then, I actually get a call specifically requesting it, so who knows, its out there per request. Go for it!

My supervisor at the domestic violence shelter had most of the qualities, I learned so much from her. To bad funds have been cut so much there is pretty much no hope of me working there.
I am actually thinking of becoming a life coach, that way I can work for myself. Does anyone have any experience with life coaches?
