The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of the Northwoods 
is currently seeking a REGIONAL MANAGER who will be responsible 
for the administration, coordination, operation, planning and 
advocacy of all ADRC programs designed to meet the needs of 
elderly and adults with disabilities residing within the 
multi-county ADRC.

The ADRC of the Northwoods is a newly formed organization serving 
Forest, Oneida, Taylor and Vilas Counties as well as the Forest 
County Potawatomi, the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior 
Chippewa Indians and the Sokaogon Chippewa Communities.

The Manager administers the operations of the multi-county/tribe 
ADRC satellite and outreach offices and has direct supervision of 
the Disability Benefit Specialists.  All other ADRC staff are 
employees of their respective jurisdictions.  The work involves 
extensive contact with satellite office staff, community leaders, 
elected officials, appointed boards/committees/councils.

Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with 
a degree in Humans Service - related field, Public 
Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.  Three 
(3) to Five (5) years of experience in human service related 
programs, preferably in aging/disabilities with an increasing 
amount of administrative and supervisory responsibilities.  
Experience with contract negotiation and administration a plus.  
Must have ability to travel to various offices within the ADRC 
region.

Salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 with excellent benefits.
