[acb-hsp] ACB-HSP Conference Call Reminder for February 13th, 2011

Due to the Super Bowl and other scheduling conflicts, there will be no
members' conference call in February.  Instead, a conference call for
officers will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 3:00 pm. PST, 6:00 pm.
EST.  On this call, we will discuss programming for the upcoming
conference/convention in July
