[acb-hsp] Update on Carmella

The latest I've heard is that Carmella is making some slow improvement,
but is still in ICU. They are still conducting tests to determine
exactly what is wrong with her, and the best way to treat it.  Do
continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers, and I'll let you know
more when I find out more.
