Description:

Join colleagues from across the country to discover the relevance of the Six Ethical Principles (CRC Code of Ethics) in the daily delivery of supported employment services. Participants will have the opportunity to explore/address potential ethical dilemmas through proven ethical decision making models. This provocative discussion will allow you to identify those instances which should cause pause for reflection and provide avenues for further applications at your work site. As we move to “professionalize” the role of Employment Specialists, be sure to take advantage of this professional development opportunity.
