If you're a registered nurse/qualified rehabilitation counselor 
looking for

physicians,
other medical providers, patients/clients, employers, and claims
professionals by providing nurse case management and vocational 
services for
workers compensation claims.  While you will be based out of your

Responsibilities:
     * Effectively manage assigned caseload of 
medical/disability/
vocational cases within company and regulatory guidelines
     * Communication with claimants, medical professionals, 
registered rehab
vendors, claims staff and others to obtain information necessary 
to make
sound medical and vocational decisions
     * Respond to various written, telephone and/or in-person 
inquiries
regarding status of case Completes initial case evaluation by 
assessing
injury/disability severity, treatment plans, functional abilities 
and
physical job requirements, and Rehabilitation Plans (R-2's)


    REQUIRED SKILLS:
    Qualifications:
     * 2+ years clinical nurse experience with a preference for 
previous
     * QRC Designation or CDMS designation, preferably registered 
with the
MN Workers Compensation Division
