Description of Duties

ï‚· Ensure seamless development operations, including budgeting, 
analysis, stewardship, volunteer and committee management, 
internal process improvement and
prospecting.
ï‚· Facilitate the development of annual plans and goals for 
workplace and individual teams d
ï‚· Key annual processes completed, including planning, 
budgeting, analysis, cabinet and committee management and 
training.
ï‚· Donor facing processes are flawless, including recognition, 
stewardship, and remittance.
ï‚· Special projects completed for senior leaders in the 
Workplace Markets and Major Gifts area.
ï‚· Manage, coach and develop a team of 10-12 individuals

ï‚· 7+ years of experience in managing internal operations.  
Managing fundraising operations a plus.
ï‚· Demonstrated staff and volunteer management skills.
ï‚· Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
ï‚· Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders 
simultaneously.
ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including 
excellent customer service skills.
ï‚· Ability to develop work processes that support strategic 
goals.
ï‚· High attention to detail needed.
ï‚· Bachelors required - Masters a plus.
