Hello, Mr. Fleming.

I am sending you this inquiry at the suggestion of a friend of mine who has been an ACB member for several years.  I am a neuropsychologist in Greeley, Colorado, and I am looking for another neuropsychologist in Colorado who has the expertise to complete a valid and unbiased evaluation of a visually impaired adult.  Because I am visually impaired, I understand the complexities of such an undertaking; but due to situation specific factors, I cannot complete the evaluation myself in this instance.  The person who gave me your contact information thought you might know of someone in your ACB human service professionals network that you could suggest I contact.  Prior to contacting you, I did call the Colorado ACB chapter but was told they were unable to make such recommendations.

Since this matter has become rather urgent, I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as feasible.  Thank you very much for your attention to this request and for any assistance you can provide.
