Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services is currently seeking a
Rehabilitation Supervisor for the Sioux City Area Office. The salary for the
position ranges from $53,976-$83,179.20.
The position will supervise and evaluate the work of professional and
clerical staff; recommends personnel actions related to selection,
disciplinary procedures, performance, leaves, grievances, work schedules and
assignments; administers personnel policies and procedures;
counsels/mentors/advises staff on casework issues and service delivery
barriers; represents the VR Office in community meetings related to service
delivery and issues pertaining to employment of individuals with
disabilities: and promotes vocational rehabilitation to business and
industry partners.
