Linda, You are correct that the ADA was ammended in 2010 in regards to technology accessibility and other issues. You can go to: www.ada.gov to learn more about the ADA. Title III pertains to education, colleges and Universities. The Department of Fucation has a website with information pertaining to public and other schools, and somewhat to colleges still universities as well. Some universities have information on their websites too. When I was researing this for my paper on the subject, Googgle was quite helpful.
