Walk around

 

Walk around at a convenient time for you each day.  Talk with the people
that you need to before they find you.  Make a regular practice of
"managing by walking around."  You'll have a lot more time for the
things you need to do - more than you ever dreamed.  People will feel
your presence without the need to communicate through emails,
