Empower others

 

When someone comes to you with a problem, focus on empowering that
person to come up with a solution.  By being the problem-solver you end
up taking responsibility for the outcome.  Instead, let the person "own"
the problem and the solution.  You'll have more time for your own
problems and will have encouraged a coworker to work independently of
