[acb-hsp] Diversity training session at ACB convention

Andy:
Something that bugs me about GDUI, since you brought them up, is they seem 
to only grudgingly admit they’re even an ACB affiliate. I saw many 
references to the “GDUI convention” during convention week, like it was a 
stand-alone thing. More to the subject at hand, it does seem like there are 
definitely special-interest affiliates have and have-nots now. Smaller 
groups like HSP can never hope to compete with powerhouse juggernauts like 
GDUI and RSVA. I agree that the best course of action would be to join 
forces as much as possible with other smaller special-interest affiliates. 
Otherwise, the long-term viability of some of the smaller groups could 
become questionable.
