Looking at the NFB convention program, it appears that groups that want
to get together around food simply make a reservation at one of the
restaurants, either in or outside the hotel. At least the hotel can't
stop you from eating somewhere else, at least not yet. (SMILE)!

We can't go wrong holding joint sessions with other larger affiliates
however doing this still doesn't address the inability for smaller
affiliates to utilize cheaper alternative food supplies from outside
sources
should they wish to plan an event specific to their function as an
affiliate.
