[acb-hsp] Affiliates Struggling at Convention

                My wife is a member of the ACB Diabetics group. And she
got a call yesterday from the president of that group. She was asked if
she would be willing to participate in a conference call next week
because they couldn't have a business meeting at convention because they
didn't have a quorum. They had a wonderful speaker, a diabetic educator
from the Cleveland Clinic who traveled to Louisville to give a
presentation.  There were only 4 in attendance. Several members said
that they couldn't attend because the program competed with other things
occurring at the same time, such as GDUI programming. So we are not
alone.  Perhaps we could consider partnering with this group for a
program next year.
