Darla, I suspect it didn’t happen before a client brought it up was for the 
simple reason that it never occurred to the powers that be that this would 
be an issue. We’re probably going to see a lot of these issues coming up as 
time goes in in this Dilbert-driven cubicle society. I had occasion to visit 
the Social Security office not too long ago, and while my business was being 
dealt with I could hear, plain as day, what was happening in cubicles 
nearby. To me, this was more than a little unsettling. At some point these 
issues are going to have to be dealt with on a large scale.
