[acb-hsp] affiliate growth

I don't see anything wrong with this, especially because having to deal
with the hotel pretty much wipes out the idea of using mixers for fund
raising purposes. Other groups at convention do this, including GDUI,
Blind Pride, and ACB Radio amateurs. No muss, no fuss, just decide on a
date and time and put it in the newspaper with a deadline and contact
number. Then, either the day before, or even perhaps that morning,
someone calls the restaurant and makes the reservation.

that might work better for us anyway because people could buy whatever
food they wanted and HSP wouldn't be stuck with extra costs or time
spent away from other activities in order to set up a room or bring in
food.
