Hi:

I finally understand the problem, and the issue isn't the author, it's my
Braille Note.  According to its transloator:

"ptsd" equals "ptsaid" (sd equals said in Grade II Braille).

We have an on line lexicon for the ICD9 and I can't find anything that
would relate to PTSAID..

I don't know, Andy.  This one beats me, too; think the writer was trying
to be fancier than he really is--or something.  Posttraumatic Stress
Disorder is still PTSD, for veterans and everyone else.
