For a variety of reasons that I’m not familiar with, an applicant 
gets one
and only one shot to properly fill out an application.  If the 
application
is incomplete and they submit it, they do not get another chance 
to fix it,
so I would suggest you encourage everyone interested to take 
their time and
fill out everything.  We had a recent posting that three people 
didn’t
complete the application properly and they were excluded from 
consideration
and weren’t even forwarded to us.****
