Hi Laura,

When I worked in Portland, OR at Independent Living Resources, we used a 
case management databbase called MICIL.  It was quite easy to use after 
receiving training and really screen user friendly.

We all ahd to go through a training with the national program in Hawaii, 
over the phone at our center.  Those of us who were blind had to learn some 
keyboard commands.

Patricia Kepler, a member of the ACB of Oregon, still works there.  Her 
E-mail address is patricia at ilr.org.  Perhaps she could give you more 
information.

Not sure if this is helpful or not.  I interned at a CIL in the spring
of 2010.  At the time, we used a microsoft access database for case
management.  I believe the database was specific to the state of IL, but
not sure.  Please feel free to contact me if you think I could help further.
