I don't know if this would work in your circumstances, but when I have had
programs at work for notetaking that I couldn't use, I simply wrote notes in
word and printed them, then had the secretary file them in client charts.
That way, although they were not in the computer file, other therapistsw
could read them in the chart.

Hi Darla,

These types of proprietary software need some attention by screen reader 
providers.  I have several types of tracking and case note type programs at 
my work which are unusable by me.  I work at a CMH.  I have written to 
Freedom Scientific regarding my concerns and never heard much back from 
them.
