I have that extra thing. Citrix works; the programs on the server do not
work. I can get on to citrix; I can't use any of the programs themselves. It
isn't citrix that's inaccessible; it's the particular programs that are
inaccessible.

Do  you have the JAWS extension for Citrix installed?  From what I 
gather, if you have this installed (extra $200 on top of the cost of the 
JAWS Professional original cost) as well as JAWS installed on the 
server, you can then use citrix programs.  I've still not talked to 
anyone who actually uses this set up, however.
